INTRODUCTION

Norda Stelo Solutions Inc. (” Society ” or” We ”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it by complying with this policy.

This policy describes:

• The types of information that we may collect or that users of the App (” You ”) can provide when you download, install, register, register, access, or use the STELAR application (the” App ”).

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register, or use this App. By downloading, registering, or using this App, you indicate that you understand, accept, and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you continue to use the App after we have made changes, it means that you accept and consent to these changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We collect information about you through:

• Direct interactions with you when you provide them to us, for example by filling out forms or by corresponding with us.
• Automated technologies or interactions, when you use the App, for example, usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.

The types of information we collect include:

• Personal information that we can reasonably use to identify you directly or indirectly, such as your name, mailing address, mailing address, email address, telephone number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, user name, or other similar identifier, and any other identifier that we may use to contact you (” personal information ”).

If you wish to opt out of our collection of your personal information, please stop using the App and uninstall it from your mobile device.

Information you provide to us

When you download, register, or use this App, we may ask you to provide us with:

• Information provided by filling out forms in the App. This includes information you provide when completing login forms and requesting security checks or other services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the App.
• Records and copies of your correspondence, including email addresses and telephone numbers, if you contact us.
• Details of the transactions you make through the App and the execution of orders. We may ask you to provide financial information prior to placing an order through the App.

Automatic information collection and tracking technologies

When you download, access, and use the App, the App may automatically collect:

• Details of use. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details about your access to and use of the App, including location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
• Device information. We may collect information about your mobile device and Internet connection, including the unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and device phone number.
• Information and files stored. The App can also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. Examples include photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
• Location information. This App collects real-time information about the location of your device when you expressly use the function for such sharing.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

• Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file that is placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting, you may not be able to access certain parts of our App.
• Web beacons. App pages may contain small electronic files known as invisible pixels (also called invisible gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that allow the Company, for example, to count the users who have visited these pages and to perform other statistics relating to the App (for example, to record the popularity of certain App content and to verify the integrity of the system and server).

The information that we collect automatically is statistical information and may include personal information. We may maintain it or combine it with personal information that we collect by other means, that you provide to us, or that we receive from third parties. This usage information helps us improve our App and provide a more personalized service, including by helping us:

• Estimate the size of our audience and their usage patterns.
• Store information about your preferences and personalize our App according to your individual interests.
• Accelerate your searches.
• Recognize you when you use the App

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the App or delete it from your device.

Collection of information by third parties

When you use the App or its content, some third parties collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

• Analysis companies.
• The manufacturer of your mobile device.
• Your mobile service provider.

These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the App. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services.

We do not control the tracking technologies of these third parties or how they use them. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To provide you with the App and its content.
• To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
• To achieve the purposes for which you provided them or that were described when they were collected, or any other purpose for which you provided them.
• To provide notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices.
• To fulfill our obligations and enforce our rights in contracts with you, including for billing and collection or to comply with legal requirements.
• To inform you about the availability of updates to the App and changes to any products or services that we offer or provide through it.
• Improve our App, our products or services, or our relationships and experiences with customers.
• For any other purpose with your consent.

The usage information we collect helps us improve our App and provide a better, more personalized experience, including allowing us to:

• Estimate the size of our audience and their usage patterns.
• Store information about your preferences, which allows us to personalize our App according to your individual interests.
• Accelerate your searches.
• Recognize you when you use the App

We use the location information we collect only to note the location of infrastructure information as noted by the user.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own goods and services that may be of interest to you, as permitted by law. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please stop using the App and uninstall it from your mobile device.

We may use the information we have collected from you to display ads to our advertisers' target audiences. Although we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet their targeting criteria.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, as well as information that does not identify an individual, without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or that you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

• to our subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

• If we believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Norda Stelo Solutions Inc., our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.

THE TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may transfer personal information that we collect or that you provide to us to contractors, service providers, and other third parties that we use to support the App (such as analytics providers who help us improve and optimize the App) and who are contractually required to keep personal information confidential, use it only for the purposes for which we provide it to them, and treat personal information with the same standards as set out in the this policy.

We may process, store, and transfer your personal information in and to other countries with different privacy laws that may or may not be as comprehensive as Canadian law. In these circumstances, the governments, courts, protection or regulatory agencies of that country may be in a position to have access to your personal information. When we use a service provider, we require that its privacy and security standards comply with this policy and applicable Canadian laws.

By submitting your personal information or using the App, you consent to this transfer, storage, or processing.

CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We strive to provide you with choices about the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

• Tracking technologies and advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of this App may not be accessible or may not function properly. • Location information. You can choose to allow the App to collect and use real-time information about your device's location through device features. If you block the use of location information, parts of the App may be inaccessible or may not function properly.

We do not control the collection or use of your information by third parties to deliver behavioral advertising. These third parties may offer you additional choices about how they use your information or ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Excluding a network does not mean that you will no longer receive advertising. This means that the network you have chosen not to participate in will no longer show ads that are tailored to your preferences and web usage patterns.

DATA SECURITY

The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure. We store all the information you provide to us behind firewalls on our secure servers. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information is also up to you. When we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password to access certain parts of our App, you are responsible for its confidentiality. We ask that you do not share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through the App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumventing the privacy settings or security measures of the App.

DATA RETENTION

Unless otherwise authorized or required by applicable law or regulation, we will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In some circumstances, we may anonymize or aggregate your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you. We reserve the right to use this anonymous and de-identified data for legitimate business purposes without your knowledge or consent.

MINORS

THE APP AND RELATED SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE ACCESSED, USED, OR VIEWED IF YOU ARE UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS APP OR OUR SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE.

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. Please keep us informed of any changes to your personal information. The law gives you the right to request access to and correct the personal information we hold about you.

You can view and change your personal information by connecting to the App.

If you want to review, verify, correct, or withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information, you can also email us at Patrick.Quigley@norda.com to request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not respond to a request to change information if we believe that the change would violate a law or legal requirement or would make the information incorrect.

We may ask you for specific information in order to help us confirm your identity and right of access, and to provide you with the personal information we hold about you or to make the changes you request. Applicable law may allow or require us to refuse to provide you with access to some or all of the personal information we hold about you, or we may have destroyed, erased, or anonymized your personal information in accordance with our record keeping obligations and practices. If we cannot provide you with access to your personal information, we will inform you of the reasons, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.

We will provide you with access to your personal information, subject to exceptions provided by applicable privacy legislation.

Please note that if you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with a particular product or service. We'll explain the impact to you at that time to help you make your decision.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. It is our policy to post any changes to our privacy policy on this page. If we make significant changes to how we handle the personal information of our users, we will post the new privacy policy on this page.
