Her career was forged at major industrial sites, notably the CEZinc plant and the CCR refinery, where she implemented integrity programs for facilities with decades of operational history. Since joining Norda Stelo in 2014, she has built a center of expertise dedicated to sustainable management, helping organizations balance technical reliability, regulatory compliance, and environmental performance.
Today, Sophie leads the development of Stelar, an Asset Integrity Management platform that brings her vision of digital transformation to life. By streamlining the collection and analysis of structured data, she enables managers to turn technical information into a strategic lever to optimize investment and meet ESG and climate requirements.
